Refund policy

AstroVardaan.com is owned and operated by KNN Syndicate Private Limited.

1. 7-Day Return / Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. The choice between a replacement and a refund will be made by AstroVardaan after reviewing the claim.

2. What We Need

Please share your order number, an unboxing video and clear photos of the product. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Not Eligible

  • Products that have been used, worn, energised or damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery, as our products are spiritual and personal-use items
  • Natural variation in the colour, size or pattern of stones and wood

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days after we receive your bank details.
